Soundproof modern rooms, they are provided with flowers and balcony, for instance. The price is just right - US$ 36. The location is perfect, greatly enjoyed to be near some leisure places, we've visited restaurants and bars.

Liked Kissamos, the hotel was exceptional and beautifully designed opposite the museum. Its personnel was useful and best, nothing too much trouble.

The room was extremely comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with top tips on where to eat good seafood. We also appreciated the daily cleaning and towel change. we had a wonderful stay at Castell Hotel and would highly recommend it.

Niki and Katerina provide excellent service, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The hotel is clean, well-located, and easily accessible to beautiful beaches. The staff offers free laundry, a self-service snack area, and daily beach supplies. The WiFi is reliable, and Kissamos is a charming town with great food options. The hotel's new structure and friendly staff create a delightful experience for guests.

The room was comfortable and well-maintained throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to parking and nearby attractions. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who provided useful recommendations for activities and places to visit.

I was disappointed that there were no toiletries provided in the bathroom. It would have been much more convenient if basic amenities like soap were included in the room.

I stayed at Castell Hotel for a week to explore the beautiful beaches of Balos and Elafonisi. The staff, especially Niki and Katerina, were incredibly helpful and responsive to all our needs. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a lovely view of the sea and city center. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the town and enjoy the local music festival. I especially appreciated the large breakfast served in my room, a special treat. I would definitely choose Castell Hotel for my next visit to Crete.

The hosts were incredibly helpful and provided many extras in a common area. The location of the hotel was great, right in the city center and close to the beach and restaurants. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily.

It would have been nice if soap was provided in the bathroom of each room. having a kettle and mugs in each room would have improved the stay.
